Udupi: BJP candidate Kota Poojary vows to address language concerns, deliver effective leadership

Daijiworld Media Network – Udupi (JD/MS)

Udupi, Mar 22: "Language is an integral aspect of life. The elders in my family have always expressed concern about my proficiency in language. I am committed to addressing the public of Udupi-Chikkamagaluru by delivering speeches in Parliament," stated Kota Srinivasa Poojary, the BJP candidate for the Udupi-Chikkamagaluru Lok Sabha constituency on Friday March 22.

In response to comments made by Congress Lok Sabha candidate Jayaprakash Hegde regarding language, Poojary said, "Within six months of assuming office as an MP, I will deliver speeches in Parliament. Prime Minister Narendra Modi commands respect globally, and it is a matter of great pride for me. I urge the voters of the constituency to support me in strengthening the hands of PM Modi, who has demonstrated exceptional leadership over the past decade."

"In a democratic setup, the presence of only one winning candidate cannot facilitate parliamentary sessions. When discussing leadership, we will advocate for Modi's leadership. I have spearheaded numerous revolutionary changes in my four terms as an MLC and one term as a minister. Drawing from my extensive experience, I am confident of achieving unprecedented progress upon assuming the role of MP. I refrain from engaging in personal attacks and prefer to focus on the task at hand," he said.

So he is advocating now that language is a limitation! If an elected representative can't communicate in the Parliament as an M.P, then what is the use and how do the local issues are been addressed?? From last 10 years of BJP rule has just taken centerstage of Religion and we had Benki Raja Nalin and Bandook Rani Shobakka both were illiterates and couldn't speak with dignity in Indian Parliament which is a shame for the people who voted them to power for 5 years!

When there's a able candidate who can speak fluently in English, Hindi then why voters needs to vote for a student who is informing that he will learn languages in six months ?

First you learn English and Hindi Fluently, then apply for ticket. If high command gives a ticket also tell them your weakness in language, Like in studies also learn the subject thoroughly then appear for exam.

The question is not of ability but of choice. You cannot force anyone to toe your line. After all, Srinivas poojary is an able candidate if ability matter arises. Language barriers can be overcome if a man has the will.

This is what our most intelligent, educated illiterates, andha bhakts of Udupi /Chikkamagaluru want. As long as he or she keep firing anti minority guns from left, right and center with no development of constituency bhakts will be happy.

He can give his speech in Tulu. In twin districts if you make anti minority speeches you can win easily. That is what has been happening in last few elections. That is one of the reasons we have fallen far behind others. Most of the revenue collected from Karnataka and other state goes to Gujarat and UP because of our MP’s to communicate and they are yes man or woman.
