Byndoor, Mar 22: "During my tenure as MP, I have spearheaded numerous developments in the Byndoor and Shivamogga Lok Sabha constituencies. Our constituency ranks number one in Karnataka in terms of development. I am prepared to release a white paper on this matter," said B Y Raghavendra, MP of Shivamogga.

Raghavendra challenged the Congress party to showcase the developments they have accomplished in Byndoor over the 70 years since independence. He added, "Numerous projects, including drinking water initiatives, the Etha irrigation project, the development of the national highway connecting Byndoor and Shivamogga, tunnel construction, and various schemes for farmers, have been undertaken during my tenure. I am prepared to present a list of my achievements spanning hundreds of pages to the public."

Responding to the statements made by veteran BJP leader K S Eshwarappa, Raghavendra said, "Eshwarappa is a senior BJP leader. As he has already stated, we also support Modi for a third term as PM. We are actively working with our party workers toward this goal. A victory for the BJP candidate in the Shivamogga constituency will further strengthen Modi's position. Party leaders will engage with Eshwarappa and seek to persuade him to reconsider his stance. Thus, there should be no issues with my victory in the Shivamogga Lok Sabha constituency. I am committed to maintaining the trust of BJP workers. The upcoming Lok Sabha election is a contest between nationalism and anti-nationalism. Voters are discerning and will support the BJP for its commitment to nationalism and safeguarding the nation.

"Some leaders from the Congress party have resorted to using derogatory language against me. I am aware of this. However, such behaviour is unbecoming of national leaders. While I am capable of responding in kind, I choose to maintain civility. Congress leaders need to recognize this," he stated.

Deepak Kumar Shetty, President of the Byndoor Mandala, and other BJP leaders were present.

There is no difference between Congress and BJP in terms of Dynasty politics. BJP which was boasting as a party with a difference turned out to be a big JUMLA. Many senior BJP leaders of Karnataka are speaking against the party in open. What is the use of tagline "disciplined party" big hoax.
