Unnecessary Hindrance . Its been part of the culture & will be conducted irrespective of such directive's (in connivence with the Police). Such Blanket Bans allows the Police to charge a "hafta" . Legalise it , Regulate It .

The good old days of Gangasarada Gadang, Kalitta Gadang, Kori Katta (Koli Anka), and full-night Bayalata in one location are no more. People were well-mannered and happy. Now, politics has seeped into communities.
