Japan manga is to be sent to japan. ( there was a saying in Tulu when we were children that " aaye Japan g poye " if some one dies). I blame our weak judiciary for granting bail for such confirmed criminals to repeat crimes in the society. Surprisingly each one is having more than three police cases. Why all are arrested in a short time ? Any special offer to police or criminals ?
