Beltangady: 55-year-old woman labourer collapses while attending to work, dies

Beltangady, Mar 15: A woman labourer who had left for work on March 12 collapsed and lost her consciousness before being rushed to Wenlock Hospital in Mangaluru where she breathed her last without responding to treatment.

The deceased is identified as Parvathy (55), a resident of Sanyasikatte of Mundaje village. She was working as a domestic help in a house at Somanthadka. Parvathy collapsed while attending to her work and lost consciousness.

She was immediately rushed to Kakkanje Hospital and later taken to a private hospital in Ujire where she was admitted. Based on the doctor's advice she was taken to Wenlock Hospital in Mangaluru where she died without responding to treatment.

A case has been registered at Dharmasthala police station based on a complaint filed by her daughter Pushpa.

    this is definitely due to the covid jabs that are taken..otherwise these kind of hard labourers never collapse and died before covid (not before 2014)
