Karkala: First of its kind eco-friendly toilet installed at Parashuram Theme Park

Daijiworld Media Network – Karkala (JS/EP)

Karkala, Jan 27: The first of its kind eco-friendly toilet was installed at Parashuram Theme Park as part of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s dream of Swachh Bharat and the concept of state minister of energy, Kannada and culture V Sunil Kumar.

The smart e-toilet was constructed by Coimbatore based Mac India Private Limited which has collaborated with the DRDO (defence research and development organization) for the last fifty years. It will be released to the market by Modinno Innovations India Private Limited.

The concept will bring about a new beginning in saving water. The specialty of the toilet is that the water used in the toilet along with human waste gets purified without the help of electricity or energy through a Mac bio digester and gets transferred back to the toilet tank through a solar pump. Thus the water can be reused.

The toilet can be constructed in 20 days and lasts for more than 30 years. The toilet looks hygienic like that in any five star hotel. It can be installed in villages where there is no electricity. The toilet has a water tank with a capacity of one thousand litres. It is equipped with modern technology and lighting. It is eco friendly with water, air and other facilities.

Hope it remains functional at least till the elections then it will permanently become eco-friendly going back to earth and dust. At least it will serve as a good shelter for wild animals and Modi’s foot soldiers in the evenings looking at its surroundings from 40% cut.
