In the past I have seen some teachers who were behaving like this, but there were no mobile phones to record their videos and spread them in social media. Now they have to be very careful in expressing themselves in front of the students.

Outcome of 24 hour GODI media - feeding & breeding toxic substance into the minds of Hindustani's...., The professor is vocally expressed apology in front of the whole class... time for the agitated student & his beloved parents to accept & give a full stop and avoid further escalating.., (it is regretful to see that this has been reported in Washington Post). I only wish... Thotte giraki's doesn't pick this incident to fulfill their ends meet for couple of days..,

I watched the video footage its very sad a professor who should be a role model for the country is spreading the negativity. He should be terminated and he is not doing justice to his profession. University like MAHE is spreading there wings across the globe if they don't take stringent action against Mr. Ravìndranath it will damage the reputation.

@Rolf, I beg to differ with you. It was a seriously genuine apology from Savarkar. Literally begged; on multiple occasions.
