Mangaluru, Nov 5: The foundation stone laying ceremony of Mukund MGM Realty’s ‘Kedar’ a high living luxurious apartment, was held on Saturday November 5 at Derebail airport road.

Vice president of CREDAI Karnataka D B Mehta was the chief guest for the event, and mayor Jayananda Anchan, corporator Rajini L Kotian and former mayor Shashidhar Hegde were the guests of honour. Meanwhile, the dignitaries unveiled the brochure of Kedar.

‘Kedar’ will be the third project from Mukund MGM Realty. Elias Sanctis is the owner and co-promoter of the project. The firm aims to complete the project by December 2025.

The project consists of 16 floors with 78 apartments at an affordable cost for its customers. The firm will provide offer at Rs 55 lac for 2bhk and Rs 78 lac for 3bhk and the offer is valid up to November 5. Along with the hi-class amenities, the project has 15,000 sq ft of landscape and a sea view from the roof top.

The firm has successfully completed Ajanta Business Centre at Bejai, and Vertex Workspace at Ballalbagh, while Gokul Dham, Mukund Sadan, and Kailash will be completed soon.

Land owner and co-promoter Elias Sanctis welcomed the gathering, Soujanya Hegde compered the event and partner Mukund MGM Realty Mahesh Shetty rendered the vote of thanks.

Partner Mukund MGM Realty Guruduth Shenoy, Mangaldeep, sales and marketing manager Subhash, and sales manager Ranjith were present.
