Mangaluru: 32-year-old comes under train at Yekkur, dies

Mangaluru, Sep 26: A man fell under a speeding train and died on Sunday, September 25. The incident took place at Yekkur railway line.

The deceased is identified as Dheeraj (32), a resident of Tandolige.

Dheeraj had left home at around 6.50 am and the incident occurred at 7 am. He fell under the train that was arriving to Mangaluru from Bengaluru. He had married just 10 months ago.

It is said that Dheeraj had left home to bring snacks. He was working as a marketing manager in a private company. Mangaluru railway police have registered a case.
