Kasargod: Huge amount of ganja confiscated from car, two arrested

Kasargod, Sep 22: Badiadka station police have confiscated 13.950 kg ganja being carried in a car and arrested two people in this connection.

The accused are Paivalike Chippar resident Mohammed Fayiz (26) and Uppala Patwadi resident Aboobacker Siddik (28).

Police who received definite clues intercepted the car approaching Badiadka at Idiadka and found upon inspection 13.950 kg ganja stuffed in gunny bags in the car.

Police also confiscated Rs 57,350 cash from the vehicle and are conducting investigations.
