Udupi: 'PM Modi's decisions always in favour of countrymen', says MP Shobha Karandlaje

Daijiworld Media Network - Udupi (SHP)

Udupi, Jan 12: "Decisions taken by Prime Minister Narendra Modi have always been in the favour of the countrymen," Udupi-Chikkamagaluru MP Shobha Karandlaje said addressing a press meet on Tuesday January 12. "It is not wise to blame the rise in prices of petrol and diesel on the Centre as the fluctuations in prices of these resources happens as per the trend prevailing in the international market," she said. Further, she maintained that despite the rise in prices the Centre was still looking for ways to give subsidy to the citizens.

She said, "Opposition parties have been wiped out. None are strong enough to voice for the rights of people like the BJP government in the state and the Centre. The voices of these parties cannot be heard even in the parliament.”

Talking regarding the corona pandemic that is still plaguing the world, she said, "The pandemic has been testing time for the world. However, vaccines have been rolled out and soon will be made available to all. Our Indian researchers have been involved in this task as well and it is not an easy feat to completely eradicate the disease as it even took a decade for the eradication of polio. It is a slow process, but eventually, the world will be corona-free." In addiiton, she urged political parties and leaders to not look for political gains during these times.

On Pro-Pakistan slogans amid farmers protest, she said, “Farmers are protesting for the repeal of the Farm Bills. However, there are urban Naxals who are trying to cause unrest by shouting pro-Pakistan slogans at these protests. The important matter to be addressed is what benefits will the farmers get once the Farm Laws are enacted. The pros and cons of these Bills should be discussed and it will be discussed in the parliament. I urge the Centre and Supreme Court to ensure that all the anti-national elements are prevented from misguiding the farmers.

"Farm laws were not implemented overnight. Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh and former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Kamal Nath were part of agricultural standing committee which dealt with the drafting of farm bills. Only after thorough debates and discussions, the bills were passed in Lok Sabha. Now after three months, there are protests against these laws. These seem to be politically motivated," she said.

Our leaders from coast not using their own brain while commenting. They sunk in Modi Bakthi such deep that they cant see the blunders of Modi and how the people affected from his decisions.
These Bhakts need to have their own petrol pump and petrol price must be Rs. 500 per liter and force them to pay in the interest of PM bhakti and rastra bhakthi.

    Maadam,

How justifying is Reliance purchasing Paddy from farmers for just one Rupee more than APMC ? You could have at-least bargained for double the price ? Yes, the more the farmers are paid, end price too will be more. It could have left on us to boycott Reliance products.

Why are not helping us as well as the farmers ?
