Udupi, Oct 18: The prestigious maiden project by R P Developers 'Vaibhav Business Centre' was recently launched at Eshwar Nagar, Manipal.
Fr Ronson Fernandes assistant parish priest Shankerpura Church inaugurated the project and released the brochures of the new project.
Speaking on the occasion Terence Suares promoter, R P Developers said, "Vaibhav Business Centre will be built on the Parkala - Kalsanka 169 (A) highway. The project will have a business and residential apartments. The building can resist an earthquake as it will be constructed based on the RCC model. ISI certified electrical, wiring and quality products will be used in the building process. Teak wood will be used for the main doors. There will be 24 hours water supply from borewell, municipality source along with 24-hour power backup are the highlights of the project."
Separate elevator facility will be provided for the residential and commercial section of the building. A spacious parking facility will also be provided for the commercial complex. The second and third floors will be including 16 flats with variants of 2 BHK and 3 BHK.
Vaibhav Business Centre will be an aristocrat commercial and residential project for the public of Udupi and Manipal by R P Developers.
The Centre will be a high-class project amidst the growing commercial town Manipal. The building will also have a security cubicle at the entrance gate along with surveillance cameras.
