Bengaluru: PIL questions allotment of land for church at Kapala Betta

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Oct 10: A public interest litigation (PIL) has been filed in the state high court, questioning the government order sanctioning ten acres of government land in Kapala Betta, Kanakapura taluk, Ramanagara district, for the construction of a church there and for conducting religious activities connected with Christianity.

Eight persons including Anthony Swamy from Harobele village have filed this PIL. They have named chief secretary of Karnataka government, Ramanagara district deputy commissioner, sub-divisional officer, tahsidlar and Kapala Betta Development Trust, Harobele, as defendants. The PIL is yet to come up before the high court bench for hearing.

The government had sanctioned ten acres of land on February 26, 2018, at survey No. 283 of Kaplala Betta in Nallahalli village, Uyyamballi revenue division for church construction, installation of a status of Jesus and other religious activities.

The petitioners have said that the land was sanctioned to a private trust on the basis of letter issued by former minister D K Shivakumar and MP D K Suresh. They have pointed out that Christians had not requested for land to organize Christian activities at Kapala Betta and that Shivakumar and his brother have got the land sanctioned for serving their vested interests and for taking political advantage in the name of trust. They also argued that this will give rise to disturbance of communal harmony.

Covid19 pandemic has dealt a body blow to organised religions, around the globe !!! Many have questioned the very concept of a creator and have turned atheists or agnostics !!! Our nation has been divided into different faiths, which brought forth, too many controversies, leading to hatred and much bloodshed !!! We should create brotherhood and bring to an end, this perpetual war in the name of religion !!! This site should be developed into a hospital or a home for the destitutes/elderly citizens or into a tower of peace where every Indian can proclaim the essence of humanism and live in peace !!!

People like you who has no strong imaan will turn atheist, but people like us will grow stronger with Imaan as this pandemic made us more closer to God and also made us learn more good things.

One thing you remember, only if one receive guidance from Almighty they will get closer to God, but not all are lucky to receive guidance from Almighty.

Almeida, Communists are not done with pandemic, managed temporary closing organised religions... But still,

Need to be cautious of new not properly tested vaccine. Seems mostly for evil
deadly vaccine only, these communist Chinese brought out this evil virus. These
communists make use of left leaning democrats, elites in the west who support depopulation specially Bill Gates who is for pro abortion also in billion dollars vaccination business some which he himself said for depopulation in one of his ted talks, to control global warming. Same time some vaccines seems to have caused autism and childlessness, a form depopulation where parents or couple need to suffer life long.

What evil communists and elites have planned with the new vaccine God only knows. (If they use cells from aborted fetuses then there is a chance of corrupting one's DNA and damage one's immune system). Vaccine Technology is so advanced these evil communist to control might use micro / nano chip, luciferase technology to check status of vaccine same time it can make oneself a robot who can be controlled with advanced surveillance, AI and communication technologies.

Unfortunately WHO is also left leaning or mostly communists infiltrated. Refer following site on "who is the WHO"

Also following their interesting video on Quantum dot Luciferase tattoo, a predictive programming and why social distance, depicted in cartoon, probably seems for misguiding both children and adults
