Drugs have destroyed families. Most of the drug dealers, fake note suppliers, criminals, terrorisrs etc. stay in rented/PG accommodation and use vehicles that have false/blank number plates or vehicles not transferred to their names.Police should make section IPC 188 mandatory and owners of PG/rentals should keep the proof of identity and address eg aadhhar of their tenants compulsorily, fines for not keeping such records, regular checking of vehicles esp.in certain areas, sniffer dogs at landing points like railway and bus stations as well as fishing docks.A dedicated telephone number/email and postal address for reporting suspicious activity. If this is done most of the anti national activity will come down.
