People once they land enter 14 days Quarantine, they become halfsick. The reason is they keep thinking of the corona virus plus the atmosphere were they are staying without proper basic facilities. Like Kerala 7days is more than enough. Rest 14 days Quarantine can be done at home.

Administration ,by enforcing mass quarantine, puts people vulnerable for infection if one have asymptomatic corona persons presence...instead people should be home quarantined where risk of infection is less ....and level of support system and confidence is high...

Govt is placing people under quarantine in a govt school building with no facilities.
Is it true that in many villages or at remote places, administration is putting ONE person in ONE entire school?
Those who have money can afford hotels but what about others?
Do they need to stay alone in the entire school? For god sake, let someone (at least media) make an effort to know how many such cases are there.

How about counseling them online or educating them about the pandemic and also providing them some kind of finance assistance to their families? The local authorities should bring about relief measures and provide also emotional support by counseling or group therapy sessions online or on tv or by sending podcasts. Such extreme step could be avoided in future. Fear of ostracization is one of the reasons.
