Mangaluru: Sarang Parikh of NMIT represents India at MIT Bitcoin Expo in USA

Mangaluru, Mar 14: Sarang Parikh, a 4th year student of Information Science & Engineering at Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology (NMIT), represented India in the MIT Bitcoin Expo 2020 (Annual Bitcoin and Blockchain Conference) held at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology recently.

MIT Bitcoin Expo is a conference and hackathon is a prestigious event for the bitcoin and blockchain community.

Sarang is one among the four students from India who got selected after a rigorous interview process.

The India team proposed a solution for ‘Zero Knowledge Box - For provable identity without revealing private information’. India team was the winners for the ‘Infrastructure Track’. They received USD2500 as prize money.
