Screengarbds from viral video

In the video which went viral, an angry Suresh is seen pulling out his Aadhaar card from his purse and slapping Gowtham. Suresh, using the choicest of abusive words, then asks Gowtham for his Aadhaar card and license. Before he could take out his identity card, Suresh slaps Gowtham once more. Gowtham looks at Suresh more surprised than angered. In the video, those around are not seen to interfere. When Gowtham shows Suresh his Aadhaar card Suresh snaches it from his hands and walks away.

Then he turns around and tells Gowtham that he would get his card back from the Commissioner's office. “Let me first go to the Commissioner's office and check if there are any cases registered in your name and then you will get your card," Suresh is heard saying in the video.

Soon after the video went, viral and complaint was launched by Gowtham, Suresh went absconding before Vizhinjam police arrested him. A few relatives of Suresh said that he had mental problems. Police have asked for suitable documents to prove the claim. Some source said that Suresh did not have any grave criminal charges against him in the past and only a few minor cases. Suresh is a drug addict and frequently gets into brawls, said locals.

Perhaps India is the only nation in the world were citizen of the state need to prove their identity to prove their nationality whomsoever from the crowd at any public place at any time of the day.

Before this NPR, NRC and CAA-Bill we all are Indians regardless of their religion.

I'm a mallu settled in Mangalore. Feel ashamed of such indecent behaviour from anyone. All because people have lost respect for others and also for the law. He should face strict punishment - a lesson for him and an example to others.

Do keralites need visa to stay in Mangalore and Mangaloreans in Kerala??? Please understand every Indian has a right to buy property and stay anywhere within India!! Are you jealous of Keralites that for them state and language is first than religion??? Why do you hate unity among people so much??? Political influence??? Politicians are great friends of each other in private life!

Since the law enforcing authorities can not check all the individuals, law abiding, patriotic public should take initiative to identify illegal immigrants. Here the auto driver did the right thing, he said he will produce the Aadhar card to the police authorities.

Country has gone to the dogs after chaiwala has assumed power in 2014

Hatred towards people from other parts of the country is on the rise. North Vs South, East Vs West, Bengali Vs Keralite..The laws like CAA and NRC are just widening the social gap between various religions, communities and regions.

Mondal is a Bengali and if any Keralite is caught there they will bash him and this continues. If changu and mangu are not kicked out of Delhi, this country will end up in civil war and become tukde tukde like before the arrival of British.

The media should give equal importance on the news about the punishment faced by the auto driver. Only this could stop these kind of incidences happening in future.
If only had the media given importance to the punishments by the courts to cow vigilantes, the mob lynching cases in the name of cow could have been reduced!

Migrant labourer? From which country? Only anti-nationals can use the world migrant worker to an Indian Citizen. These criminals who inspect Aadaar card and dare to say he wants to verify it from Commissioner's office - these dangerous developments are threatening the peace and integrity of Bharth. Who gave this idiot right to inspect another person's Aadhaar?
