Beltangady, Dec 8: Chief minister B S Yediyurappa visited Dharmasthala on Sunday, December 8.
D Harshendra Kumar, brother of Dharmadhikari Dr Veerendra Heggade, and local MLA Harish Poonja welcomed the chief minister at the helipad.
After that Yediyurappa visited the temple and prayed for the well being of the state.
Later he met Dr Veerendra Heggade and sought his blessings.
Subsequently the chief minister proceeded to Ujire to take part in a scheduled programme.
