He also said, "I condemn the attacks on Congress party workers. Law and order situation in Mangaluru is deteriorating. Such incidents should not happen again, and the police should conduct detailed investigation into these cases.”

Khader also warned the concerned against testing the patience of the Congress supporters as he said his party believes in good law and order and universal brotherhood and therefore, will not take law into their hands.

"I have spoken to the district superintendent of police and city police commissioner with regard to recent incidents. I will also speak with the home minister and chief minister once the elections are over. Police have to bring out truth on why the attackers singled out our party workers and from where liquor and drugs were supplied to them," he added.

When asked about the security provided to him, Khader said," I have not accepted the facility as of now and am not at all interested to have a gunmen for my security. I never had police around me when i was minister. Police could have averted the attack on Tanveer Sait if the intelligence network had been efficiently managed by the police", he stated.

Khader also urged the authorities to exempt toll to the locals of Talapady who are staying within the radius of five kilometres of the tollgate and the same facility should be continued there. He also suspected that some lobby was working behind the mandatory introduction of FASTag.

Kader Bhai, don't politicise the issue. First of all kinds of attack on the human beings irrspective of which political party or religion need to be condemned. Culprits need to be punished as per Indian Law and no mercy on such ruthless goons. Caste based politics should be completely banned in DK which is the core reason for unrest in DK.
