Chikkamagaluru: Stabbed by man for unreciprocated love - Girl succumbs to injuries

Chikkamagaluru, Sep 22: The girl, who was stabbed by a man for spurning his proposal for love, succumbed to her injuries in a hospital in Mangaluru on Saturday, September 21. 

Bindu (23), a native of Basapura village of N R Pura taluk of Chikkamagaluru district is the unfortunate girl, who lost her life in this mindless act of Mithun, a resident of Gadigeshwara near Balehonnur.



Mithun 

Mithun was repeatedly pestering Bindu to love him but she rejected his proposal and also stayed away from him. This enraged Mithun, who stabbed her with knife on September 18 at Mahalgodu of N R Pura taluk and was absconding. The girl, who was lying in a pool of blood, was admitted to a hospital in Balehonnur initially by some locals. Later Bindu was shifted to Chikkamagaluru and then to Mangaluru for advanced treatment. However, she succumbed to the stab wounds on Saturday. 

Accused Mithun surrendered to the court subsequently and now he has been sent to police custody.

    Only we can say may her soul rest in peace.she had right.who wants a man who kills when his will is not done?One who wants ones love will wait and loves her without end.one cant make others love like baje making.He shoud be put inside for life long.what brought him of stabbing her?Feel sorry how she must have suffered.Heartfelt sympathy to the family.

    Very soon we will read in news that Mithun granted bail due to lack of evidence (depends upon how many Lakhs exchanged hands) just before judge getting retired, this is what we read in daily news but only in India.

    best example Mangalore Pub attack all escaped from the jaws of law after 10 years.
    In India if you have power you will have justice otherwise even in government hospitals no ambulance for poor people (when questioned by authorities they were in hurry so they took dead body carrying by hand till 50 kms) where as rich and political powered people will be Airlifted!
