Any return in short time is Ponzi scheme just like so many finance companies who duped in thousands in the past.
Unfortunately, in India Ponzi companies so rampant these days with their political connections. From Home Minister's Son to Finance Minister wife, ICIC back fraud is the latest which rest of the nation new very little about it and in comparison many time bigger than the IMA.
There will be no end unless citizens' of this nation aware of it and how to invest smartly.

I have been witnessing his companies and actions in the last 2 years after i heard the rumour of association with famous politicians and his promises to provide decent and islamic returns to poor investors money. I think its high time the registrar of companies/Ministry of Corporate affairs sets up an unit to investigate companies and their activities.

This is the state of affairs of democratic India. Bribes, criminal politicians are part and parcel of daily life. Indian democracy sucks. None of the governments wants to end corruption and criminal activities. All this only during election speeches. We need strong military rule which should put all corrupt to the jail. Also India is becoming rape city as our laws are very liberal and they support the rapists. No lawyer should be allowed to take up the case of corrupt and rapist.
