Unlike west, Its not easy to legalise prostituion in india. The human traficking is the main problem behind it.There are end number of brothels are present in india, which lures girls from poor background, most of the cases childrens are being kidnapped and used for it.Once they enter into it, the social stigma attached to it won't allow them to come back to normal life.

Trafficking happens because of very limited number of unauthorized brothels.
Imagine, the government legalizes prostitution. there will be brothels in every districts, the demand/cost will automatically reduce and the pimps will be out of business. This will lead to complete cease of trafficking.
Brothels of the type Pascha dot de, like in Germany should sprout in India too. If any girl wants to earn some quick bucks, hire a room in the hotel for a very minimum charge and entertain customers.

Currently in India prostitution and human trafficking are two different crimes. What is the guarantee legalizing prostitution will put an end to trafficking? Human trafficking includes forcing one into the flesh trade through abduction, kidnapping, blackmail, luring with false promises and so on. So there should be stringent laws and severe punishments for those involved in trafficking before prostitution is legalized. At the same time legalization should also empower the police or law enforcing authorities to conduct random checks on brothels so as to ensure that prostitutes are not forced into the business through trafficking.

Mr.Jossey Saldana...We strongly condemn western culture prostitution to be legalised in our country. Will not give evil thoughts enter into minds of our people. We teach them how to medidate and incline towards spiritualism. Our people already made major mistakes after watching all western movies and same will be stopped in latter stage. Want to turn our country same as was there at the time of satya yug. Those who prefer to legalise the trade...better visit bangkok...visa will be made easy.
