Hyderabad: Two budding Telugu actresses Bhargavi and Anusha die in accident

Hyderabad, Apr 18: Two Telugu television actresses, Anusha Reddy and 'Mutyala Muggu' fame Bhargavi, were killed together in a road accident.

The accident happened in Vikarabad district in Telangana on Wednesday, April 17.

The actresses were together returning home after taking part in shooting for the day. They were accompanied by two others in the car. Both were killed instantly after their car hit a tree, it is learnt.

As per the police version, Chakri, who was driving the car, tried to avoid hitting a truck coming from the opposite direction when the car hit a roadside tree. The accident spot is located in Appareddy Guda. The accident happened in the wee hours on Wednesday. The car was moving to the city from Vikarabad when it met with tragic accident near Appareddy bus stop in Chevella.

Driver of the car, Chakri, and another person, Vinay, suffered serious injuries, reports claimed. Both were admitted into Osmania general hospital here.

Bhargavi (20) was residing at Nirmal. She was in the role of Nandhika, a female antagonist, in the TV serial, Mutyala Muggu, which is extremely popular. Anusha (21) is a budding actor. She was a native of Jayashankar Bhupalapally in Telangana.
