42,667 passengers used Kannur International Airport in its first month of operation

After the inauguration, Kannur International Airport received an overwhelming response and 42,667 passengers used this airport for their travel purpose. 10,193 travelled from here to foreign countries while 10,942 arrived to this airport from foreign countries. We and our representatives should be ashamed that despite having all the natural benefits and opening our Mangalore airport since years we are still unable to open and operate fully. Still we are suffering with limited frequencies and limited airlines.
