Mangaluru: Girl supplying ganja to undertrial at district prison arrested

Mangaluru, Oct 12: A girl from the city was arrested by the city crime branch (CCB) police for supplying ganja to an undertrial at the district prison here on October 11.

The girl on the pretext of visiting an undertrial named Musthafa, had carried ganja to be given to him. Based on credible information, the CCB and Barke police took her into custody and seized 20 grams of ganja and a mobile phone.

A case has been registered at Barke police station.

The operation was carried out by CCB inspector Shantharam, PSI Sham Sundar, PSI Shobha and staff.

    There was someone behind this ganja affair.Arrest first from where she got it and how come mobile cam ein her positionGirl was only a carrier.she cant be made responsible for it.
