Mangaluru: Milagres College’s two-day football tourney ‘Aquamater cup’ kicks off

Mangaluru, Aug 17: A two-day football tournament, ‘Aquamater cup 2022’ organized by Milagres College, was inaugurated here at football ground on Wednesday August 17.

Deputy managing director of Aquamater Water Solutions, Roger Antony Samuel inaugurated the football tournament.

Addressing the gathering, Roger said, “It is a privilege to be part of the inaugural function of this football tournament. The tournament is a wonderful initiative for the youngsters. I wish the vetry best for the tournament and to all the players.”

Correspondent of Milagres Educational Institutions, Fr Bonaventure Nazreth, director of physical education Dr Gerald Santhosh D’Souza, principal of Milagres PU College Melwin Vas, principal of Milagres CBSE School Fr Uday, sports secretary Yashwanth, physical director Sandeep S Rao, president DK football association D M Aslam and others were present.

Principal of Milagres College Fr Michael Santhumayor welcomed the gathering, and faculty of Milagres College Denzil Pinto and Eva Manorama compered the event.
