Daijiworld Media Network – Puttur (SS)

Puttur, Aug 17: A complaint has been filed with Uppinangady police by a social leader alleging a honeytrap bid through phone calls and passing of lewd remarks.

A woman allegedly called a social and educational leader of Uppinangady and was engaged in a vulgar conversation that put the latter to embarrassment. When the latter raised objection to the remarks made by the woman repeatedly for three or four times in her telephonic conversations it was suspected and construed as an act of an ugly blackmail racket resulting in the filing of a complaint at Uppinangady police station.
