Cape Town, Sep 22: Former Test fast bowler Javagal Srinath will be the match referee for the five-match Sri Lanka-England One-day International series to be played in the Emerald Island, the International Cricket Council (ICC) announced on Friday.

The ICC also announced the umpires and match referees for India's home ODI series against Australia starting this month and also for the home ODI as well as Test series against Pakistan in November-December.

Chris Broad of England will be the referee for the India-Australia ODIs while West Indies umpire Steve Bucknor will stand in the first four ODIs along with a local appointment and Pakistan's Aleem Dar will umpire the last three matches, again with a local appointment.

West Indies' Billy Doctrove and Ian Gould of England will umpire the India-Pakistan ODIs along with a local umpire. The match referee for this series will be announced in due course, said ICC.

For the three-match Test series against Pakistan, Australia's Simon Taufel, Doctrove and New Zealand's Billy Bowden will have standing in two matches each. The match referee will be Ranjan Madugalle of Sri Lanka.
