Ahmedabad, May 19 (IANS): Mumbai Indians made a competitive 178 for three in 20 overs against Rajasthan Royals in an Indian Premier League (IPL) match at the Sardar Patel Stadium in Motera here Monday.

Skipper Rohit Sharma struck a quickfire 19-ball 40 while Mike Hussey made 56 and Lendl Simmons 62. Left-arm spinner Ankit Sharma scalped two for 23.
