Moodbidri: Theft case accused held on warrant

Moodbidri, Sep 1: Police have arrested Abu Bakkar alias Abdul Khader alias Itte Barpe Abu Bakkar, who had warrants issued against him in connection with six theft cases registered at various police stations. 

The operation was carried out by Moodbidri police station warrant execution personnel HC Ravindra, PC Lingesh and Court PC Ramesh. The accused was subsequently produced before the court, which remanded him to judicial custody until September 15.

 

Cases have been registered against the accused at Karkala Rural, Shirva, Mulki, Basavanahalli and Uppinangady police stations.
