Congratulations, Dr. Praveen Martis, SJ! Congratulations to the entire St. Aloysius, Mangalore team. It was my dream to study at St. Aloysius College. However, when I applied to St. Aloysius Pre-University College, I did not get a seat because my 10th-grade marks were considered too low. I had my own challenges while studying in a Kannada-medium high school. When St. Aloysius was established by the Jesuits from Rome, its mission was to uplift Catholics from poor and marginalized communities through education. I pray that the institution continues to uphold the values and vision on which it was founded in 1880's .
