Car catches fire on Mumbai bridge; occupants escape unhurt

Mumbai, Jul 10: A moving car caught fire on the Krishna Bridge in Mumbai early on Friday, prompting its occupants to abandon the vehicle after noticing smoke rising from the engine.

According to reports, the passengers immediately stopped the car and got out safely before the fire spread.

Fire and emergency services rushed to the spot and brought the blaze under control.

No injuries or casualties were reported in the incident. The exact cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
