Good move. Surathkal, Katipalla and Kateel had no KSRTC service earlier. This will benefit a large population living in remote areas between Katipalla and Kateel. I hope KSRTC will also introduce similar services from MIA to Bus Stand and Railway Stations in the city.

KSRTC should think about running at least 6 services after 11.00pm till 5.00am from the Mangaluru Junction railway station to hampankatta. People can get down in kankanady, balmatta, Jyothi and hampankatta and fetch autorickshaws from these places which are much cheaper than the ones from Railway station!
