Gaza, Nov 21: Four children were injured on Friday after an Israeli drone targeted the Beit Lahiya area in northern Gaza, Palestinian news agency Wafa reported. The injured children were rushed to Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City.

Earlier, an Israeli helicopter reportedly fired machine-gun rounds towards the eastern parts of the Jabalia refugee camp, accompanied by drone gunfire.

UNICEF, expressing deep concern, said at least 67 children have been killed in Gaza since the ceasefire began on October 10. The agency noted that the average toll has now reached two child fatalities per day despite the ongoing truce.
