Kasargod: Rowdy-sheeter, double murder accused Naufal Bajal killed at Uppala

Kasargod, Nov 1: In a dramatic turn of events, Naufal Bajal, infamously known as ‘Tukka Naufal’, a rowdy-sheeter and prime accused in a double-murder case, was reportedly hacked to death at Uppala on Friday evening, police sources confirmed.

A resident of Faizal Nagar, Bajal in Mangaluru, Naufal had a long history of criminal involvement, with multiple cases registered against him in Dakshina Kannada and neighbouring districts. He was considered a notorious figure in the city’s underworld, often linked to gang rivalries and violent confrontations.

His body has been shifted to a hospital mortuary in Kasaragod, where post-mortem procedures are expected to be carried out.

Police have tightened security in sensitive areas and are gathering details to ascertain the motive and identify those behind the killing.
