Mumbai, Jun 23: A fire broke out on the fourth floor of a 15-storey residential building, Orchid Residency, in Ghatkopar (West) on Sunday afternoon, prompting a swift emergency response. The building is located behind R City Mall on LBS Road.
The Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB) received the distress call at 12:41 pm, following which fire engines, police personnel, PWD officials, Adani power staff, local municipal workers, and an ambulance were immediately dispatched to the scene.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the fire, which remains unknown at this time.
