Mangaluru, Mar 19: Purushottam Poojary, who was injured in the cooker bomb blast that took place at Nagori in the city in November 2022, and his family are now happy as the assurance given by Padmaraj, treasurer of Sri Gokarnanatheshwara temple, has been fulfilled.

Padmaraj had assured Purushottam that he and his Gurubeladingalu organisation will stand by Purushottam and help him to get back with his life.

When Padmaraj had met Purushottam while he was under medical treatment in the hospital, Purushottam was concerned that his daughter’s marriage has been fixed for May 2023 and he has to renovate his house before the wedding. Purushottam also expressed helplessness that he cannot get the house renovated as he got injured in the blast and cannot work for a long time.

Padmaraj had instilled confidence in Purushottam and said, “Gurubeladingalu Foundation will shoulder the responsibility of renovating your house. You do not worry for anything. Even if the government does not respond, we are with you always.”

From the very next day of the assurance given by Padmaraj, the Foundation began work on renovating Purushottam's house and now the house has been renovated beautifully at a cost of Rs 6 lacs. The renovated house will be handed over to Purushottam on March 22 at 10 am, the day of the Ugadi festival.

Super work. Bjp, bd ,vhp only took advantage of the situation. Whereas true hindus contributed in bringing smile to a family. Hope educated voters realise this

BJP is staying clear off any assistance to its activists because if they do so then there are so many killed by its own party for compensation. If Belathingalu organization keeps doing this then they too will face Adani’s fate and govt will wash its hands. BTW, when is cooker Bomber case be handed over to the court????….Seems the whole episode is fading away after a big election media campaign show.
