Mangaluru, Jul 9: Shakthi Advanced Learning [SAL] is a foundation course specially designed for students of grades 6 - 10, to train them to participate in competitive exams in addition to their regular school curriculum.

Shakthi Advanced Learning (SAL) offers courses for Grade 6 to 10 students. This programme allows students to get prepared for various national, state-level competitive exams and Olympiads.

It nurtures originality, scientific thinking, and competitive aptitude in the students using classroom programmes. Workshops will be conducted by experienced subject experts from Shakthi's PU College. This is a multi-disciplinary programme with a practical approach to teaching.

SAL learning approach guarantees the improvement of students of grades 6 to 10 in their school exams, Boards, NTSE and several national/international Olympiad exams. This programme also develops language and soft skills.

SAL lays the foundation for NEET and JEE preparation. It will be immensely helpful in making their career choices.

SAL courses have been specially designed to learn Board as well as advanced topics as per student’s age and class level without any extra burden. SAL progressively transforms a student’s learning from foundation to excellence level and ensures a concrete conceptual base that helps the students emerge successful in formal school academics and competitive examinations. Periodic tests will be conducted and progress will be assessed. This programme evaluates the understanding of students’ learning and gives microscopic feedback to the students on areas or subjects which need to be worked upon and improved upon.

Our experts work towards utilizing the complete capability of our students. Experienced PUC faculty prepares study materials, conducts periodic tests and creates sound academic development for our 6 to 10 grade students. Their multidimensional development is also taken care of via regular workshops, national/international academic events and career guidance.

SAL was introduced in Shakthi school in the last academic year (2019-20) and this programme was inaugurated by Prof P Subrahmanya Yadapadithaya, vice-chancellor of Mangalore University and presided over by Dr N Vinaya Hegde, chancellor of Nitte (Deemed to be University).
