We are truly happy that, finally we are blessed with an opportunity to congratulate our best friend, Celine D'Souza, who is being awarded 'Talented speaker' in ABC Toastmasters Charter Ceremony. For such an introvert and shy person she had been, the news has come as a sheer surprise. We could not trust our eyes when we saw her on the screen. It shows, given the self initiative, right platform and support, one can go beyond all limitations. We wish Celine all the possible laurels and many more such occasions to prove her abilities. We just can’t resist reiterating the statement of Max Rasquinha, the doyen of public speaking campaign in our coastal town – “Toastmasters is a mission of caring and sharing, its a mission of listening and learning”. Celine, we are sure our association with you over the years has something to do with this great turnaround in your personality. With utmost love and regards, Steven, Anna, Ian and Ina
