Kuwait: Government to act against shops over consumer rights

Kuwait, Nov 30: The commercial control and consumer protection sector of the consumer protection department has received 398 complaints against shops over consumer protection rights through the hotline and complaint receiving centers in all the governorates as per Arab Times.

Out of these, 218 shops were referred to the commercial prosecution by the ministry of commerce and industry last October.
