Bengaluru: Rebel MLAs are held at gun point, alleges minister D K Shivakumar

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (MS)

Bengaluru, Jul 21: Minister for water resources, D K Shivakumar, has alleged BJP of holding their rebel MLAs at gun point.

Speaking to the reporters in the city, Shivakumar said, "BJP is not allowing us to have a conversation with the rebel MLAs of our party. Six MLAs are in Lonawala. Other MLAs have been shifted to unknown places in Maharashtra. The mobile phones of all the MLAs have been confiscated by BJP. Even they did not allow the police, who had gone to meet MLA Sreemanth Patil, to visit him,"

"BJP has kept our MLAs under police protection. Our culture has gone down to this level. Once the MLAs come back to Bengaluru, their ordeal will be a good story for a cinema. The coalition government has not wasted any time. During the time of late Prime Minister Vajpayee, 10 days time was given to seek confidence in the Parliament.” Shivakumar said.

Wicked thoughts, & wierd allegations always. Last time it was kidnap of an MLA in the open airport and now detention of MLAs at gun point in open resorts.
But the MLAs have clarified openly in TV interviews that they are staying away on their own volition.
He runs his business that way also.

Of Course, DKS is 100% right. One side BJP is holding MLAs in captive at gun point and not allowing them to move and talk freely according to thier will and on other side fighting for floor test as these MLAs are not present to prove majority. This is shear goondaraj by BJP. How nice it would have been if faulty EVMs could have been installed, isn't it BJP????.

Whatever the reason talking against BJP is a crime and they will be labeled as "Deshdrohi'
Gujarat IPS officers are good example those who didn't gave 'Sahat' to BJP.

Tommorow DK should provide gun before commencing of session in front of speaker. Should verify how and why did it enter into hotel where in rebel mla's holed-up. Are he trying to create atmosphere same like in film sholay...bandook aur barood jail mein aa chuka hai. DK much afraid after when he his not in power..one by one enquiry crop up. He thought will win as done during ahmed patel episode by convincing all rebels one by one by giving them important posts.

Yes you are correct. Pack them to Pakistan or elsewhere. How BJP is not allowing anyone to enter let we karnataka public also raise our voice and teach them then only they will accept their mistake. They are changing the party like they wish forgetting why people vote them. We public feel shame on our MLA's.

yes .. the mandate was with bjp which itself shows which party majority of ppl wanted 2 come in power.. nd moreover it was a post poll alliance wherein these 2 parties were hurling abuses at each other during the election campaigning ... the lok sabha result confirmed what is in general public mind regarding this alliance .. cheers :)
