Ahmednagar, Jun 24: A temple visit for a couple turned sour after the newlywed woman ran away with her lover. The incident took place at Madhi in Pathardi town in Ahmednagar district.
Being married for only three days, the husband already saw a fall out when his wife ran with her alleged lover. The couple was on a visit to the Kanifnath Samadhi to seek blessings. In an unfortunate turn of events, the husband noticed that his wife never made it to the temple and felt she was left behind. The husband soon went in search of her, only to be stunned later.

On further inquiry about the whereabouts of his wife, a CCTV footage provided him all the answers he needed. He managed to retrieve a footage from the temple committee.
The footage managed to trace all the happenings of the day. The newlyweds came to the temple on their bikes and after parking it in the parking lot, the husband proceeded towards the temple. The footage showed the wife stayed back and just waiting. Soon after, a man on a bike shows up and the wife could be seen walking up to him and sitting behind him on the bike. The footage ends as both of them ride off.
However, no complaint has been registered with the police by the husband.
