Mangaluru: Issue of IP certificate for admission to MBBS/BDS for academic year

Mangaluru, May 27: Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), a statutory body established by Act of the Parliament, under the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, commenced medical educational institutions in various locations of the country.

In these medical educational institutions, children of ESI insured persons are entitled to reservation of MBBS/BDS seats at ESIC Medical Colleges under Insured Person (IP) Quota. There are 317 MBBS and 22 BDS seats reserved for the children of ESI insured persons in the various colleges run by ESIC/on behalf of the ESIC, all over the country.

Those insured under the ESI scheme as on December 31, 2018 can avail the benefit of reservation of medical seats in respect of their children. Eligible candidates, who have appeared in the NEET exam, 2019, may apply online using the link https://www.esichospitals.gov.in/admissionportal/

The last date for applying online is May 28 at 11.59 pm.
