Moodbidri, Dec 26: Christmas celebrations were held in the open air ground of the Holy Rosary Parish , Alangar, Moodbidri. Fr Vincent D’Souza, parish priest, was the main celebrant. Fr Jeevan Tauro OCD preached and Fr Sunil SVD concelebrated. Choir group under the leadership of Herald Tauro lead the x'mas carol singing. Indian Catholic Youth Movement had arranged for the liturgy meaningfully. After the mass, there was ward-wise bible quiz, bible skit and singing, in organizing which the ICYM took the lead.

More than 2000 people actively participated in the holy mass. Cake and coffee were served for all the people thereafter.
