Kasaragod: College student dies in head-on collision of bikes

Kasargod, Sep 18: In a tragic accident that occurred on the morning of Sunday, September 16 at Mulleria near here, a student lost his life when his bike collided with another bike coming from the opposite direction.

The deceased youth is identified as P Swaraj (19), a resident of Karadka, Periyadka. Swaraj who was severely injured in the accident was admitted to a hospital in Mangaluru. However, he succumbed to his injuries on the night of Monday, September 17. Swaraj was studying B Com in Vidyanagar private college in the town.

The rider and pillion of the other bike Vaishak (18), a resident of Adka and Surendra, a resident of Kumbdaje, Marpanadka are also injured and they are being treated in a private hospital in the town.
