Active and productive Government intervention on all affairs relating to NRI's is of paramount importance. Nearly thirty million Indians residing outside India visit India as often as possible because they all have close family ties in India, and many of them even have their own ancestral dwellings in India that they would like to go back and enjoy for a while.

It has been made known and confirmed that an Indian abroad is not a "BRAIN DRAIN" , but in fact a NRI is truly a "BRAIN GAIN" for India. Most of them have close ties in India where they not only visit often but also communicate often with families and friends and extend whatever moral, emotional as well as monetary help to families and friends back home. Many Educational as well as Philanthropic Institutions in India, including Churches, Temples and Mosques are also benefited directly or indirectly by Indians residing abroad. That is the best gift of cultural and family ties each and every Indian likes to possess with families, friends and well-wishes back home.

Whatever direct or indirect help the Indian Embassies abroad render to Indians will go a long way in promoting the close ties that every Indian already has established back home. These ties will also boost Indian interest in foreign Education for the younger generation because majority of the Indian students abroad have proved themselves far beyond the public expectations, and majority of the students have proved themselves eligible and successful for foreign establishment in securing good job or business opportunities.

Indians living abroad have always been blessed and gifted with a character, with a discipline and most importantly an "International" touch of quality to be adaptable for many challenges abroad. We therefore wish best of luck for every NRI in order to enjoy the best of privileges from Indian Embassies abroad so as to entrench themselves with whatever prospects available abroad as NRIs.
