Husband took me to Saudi as sex slave, planned to sell me: Kerala woman

Thiruvananthapuram, Nov 11 (Agencies): A 25-year-old woman on Friday approached the Kerala High Court alleging that she was forcefully converted after her marriage to a Muslim and taken to Saudi Arabia for sex slavery.

The woman has filed a petition in the high court calling for her marriage to be nullified. She alleged that she was sexually exploited, forced into sexual relationship and blackmailed with videos before getting married, according to a report in NDTV.

"After reaching Saudi Arabia, the 9th respondent showed his real colour. He was considering the petitioner as sex slave. He has other plans to go to Syria, and informed to the petitioner that within a few days they will shift to Syria and his plan was to sell the petitioner to the ISIS terrorists. He also forced her to attend Islamic classes and watch videos of Zakir Naik," the woman in her petition said.

"1st week of October the 9th respondent was planning to go to Syria. On 3rd Oct-2017 she called her parents through internet and pleaded to rescue her. On 4th October 2017 she escaped with the help of her father and Air ticket was taken by Father of the petitioner and sent scanned copy through WhatsApp and somehow the petitioner reached Ahmadabad on 5th Oct 2017," the petition said.

The woman, who is a Keralite, was born and brought up in Gujarat. She met Muhammed Riyaz, whom she accuses of forcefully marrying her, while studying at a private institution in Bengaluru.

She also alleged that her forced conversion and marriage had connections with the fundamentalist organisation, Popular Front of India.

However, the woman managed to contact her parents and asked them to rescue her.

The case will be considered on November 13.

This comes at a time when the Kerala High Court had annulled the marriage of 24-year-old Hadiya in May this year and sent her to her father’s custody after she got converted to Islam and married a Muslim.

Her marriage has been challenged in court by her father, who alleged that it was a form of recruitment by ISIS in Kerala.

Saudi is the country which needs exit visa from the sponsor to leave the country, in this case, her husband is the sponsor, he should be issuing the exit visa for her unless/until she is in visit visa and if he wanted to sell her and if she was in residence visa, how come she could exit the country.
If she is on visit visa (she can leave the country without the exit visa), how come she reached the airport without her husbands notice, since it is Saudi, everyone knows about the law for women which is yet to be changed.

Feels like a cooked story with high end masala's like ISIS, Sex Slave.

God Save the Country, God save humanity.

Why cant we see this in broader eyes.?When Hadiya case is going to end in SC another girl has come up with new petition.!
It is so silly that she was forced to watch Dr Nayak Videos.!After all he never preached hatred(Watch his full videos),I am not a fan of him because he is not scholar of Islam, rather he was good student of comparative religion. He always tried to connect other religion's faith to worship only one god.!this is the only mistake he did.!
Now for many he want to become terrorist, that is the reason why they all come up with new complaints.Mean time ISIS is another fake organisation created by America and there allies(Many Proofs shown this).by the by Syria declared there country is no more ISIS existence.!then how come people rush there.?these are all bakwas stories.People who blindly oppose Islam waits for these kinds of issues.
One thing I want to clear, dear brothers everyone do have right to critic Islam,Dr. Nayak ...etc but lets do in a constructive way.Lets study each others religion and understand, debate and lets live in harmony.

    Two things I cannot digest.

1). Why the husband forced her to watch the videos of Dr. Zakir Naik before his plan to send her as sex slave to ISIS; since Zakir Naik always calls ISIS as Anti Islamic in many of his videos.

    2) Why the husband forcefully converted her to Muslim when his intention was to sell her to ISIS terrorists.

Fair emough that the woman is interested in getting her marriage nullified.

But her accusations don't add up.

She was studying at a 'private institution in Bengaluru' - almost certainly at the tertiary level. So she knew what she was doing when she accepted conversion. 'Forcefully converted' seems nothing short of a lie.

In today's India, it is easy to cook up a few accusations, especially after giving them religious/sexual colour - and a woman is sure to get the attention of the media, police, and the courts.

It seems rather inconsistent that on the one hand, the accused planned to sell her to ISIS terrorists, and on the other, he wanted her to attend Islamic classes. ISIS terrorists, intending to buy a slave, won't necessarily pay a premium for someone who has attended a few 'Islamic classes'. So I think the whole thing about ISIS is just made up to get wider attention.

It is inconceivable all the various dramas happened in Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia will not allow anyone to be concerned about ISIS.

My suggestion to unmarried men: wait until your girlfriend turns 40, and then marry her. You will be saved from a lot of cooked-up dramatics.

This is a clear warning to all those muslim boys falling in love with pretty hindu girls. Why you are not getting attracted towards muslim girls ? Because they don't even show their faces.
I this case, everything has been covered i.e., forceful marriage, forceful conversion, Zakir Naik, Sex slave, Syria, ISIS, Saudi Arabia, Kerala, Gujarat, Bangalore and finally PFI as well.
So, beware. Once you are tagged as terrorists, your future will be over. Don't play with fire.

I cant understand this womans explanation. How can a marraige take place without her willing and her presence ,forcefully ?Taking her to SA,without her will?Or after her landing changed the situation?many things are not clear.where she met this boy ,without her wish certainly not possible to travel marry and without knowing each other not coming together. She could have protested to change her religion.Or she was forced later to change?should be varified from all angels. Now she is India ,or how did her father help here where was he till then?where is her husband now ?One side can be right, other side mysterious.Hope it changes to her best.not to fall again in the slavery. It shows how girls can fall easily into a deeper ,than they think.Falling in love with a boy from a different religion,to show I can.Falling is easier, but get up and catch up with older is very difficult.

i was very pity on her, until i reached she is from Gujrath, so no need more explanations.
in Saudi Arabia many sponsors will not allow individuals to keep passport with them,
here i saw, she blamed dr. zakir naik and pfi, so as we saw before, sangh parivar using all these tactics to play communal politics, so that people will be busy in judging one another and no one will be there to speak against their scams.
as its mentioned, she was studying in bangalore, how come she don't have knowledge of travelling to saudi arabia,
