Bengaluru, Oct 24: Karnataka’s Large and Medium Industries and Infrastructure Development Minister R V Deshpande held a roadshow to promote the upcoming Vendor Development and Investors Summit among Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and MSMEs.

A high-level delegation along with senior officers of the State Government visited Delhi today. 

The delegation is meeting with some of the key industries from Delhi to invite them to participate in the event and to discuss their interest in expanding their business in Karnataka. 

The delegation had B2G meetings with more than 20 companies covering various sectors. 

Some of the key industry leaders who met with minister include:

Phil Shaw, Chief Executive, Lockheed Martin India Pvt Ltd; Pratyush Kumar, President, Boeing India; Takerma Sakamota, Chief Representative, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA); Kanav Monga, MD, Virgo Cooperation; SY Siddique, Chief Mentor, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd; Dinesh Chhabra, CEO, Usha International Ltd; Rahul Munjal, Chairman & MD, Hero Future Energies;  D. Shivkumar, Chairman & CEO, Pepsico India; Shukia Wassan, Hindustan Coco-Cola Beverages South Asia; and Vipin Sondhi, MD, JCB India.
