Mangaluru, Jan 5: It seems there is no stopping of laurels and accolades coming to "Aristaa Enclave," the flagship project from the house of Allegro Builders and Developers. The project which is already recognised as a pioneering venture in Dakshina Kannada in terms of aesthetic value, trailblazing architecture and lifestyle offerings, continues to attract attention and admiration. Aristaa which is the Greek word for excellence has lived up to its name to standout in every field of construction.

Recently the project won another impressive award to its list when it bagged the Outstanding Concrete Structure in the multi-storeyed category-Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and Shivamogga districts. The prestigious award is instituted by the Association of Consulting Engineers (India) Mangalore Chapter (ACCE (I). The award was presented to the promoters of the company, the husband-wife duo Dharmendra and Giselle Mehta in a glittering ceremony held in the city on December 15, 2015 organised jointly by ACCE (I) and UltraTech Cement Limited.

Aristaa Enclave which stands tall in all its glory and grandeur in the landmark area in Pandeshwar was earlier awarded the prestigious Mangalore’s 5 Star Real Estate project by CRISIL Real Estate Star Rating (CREST). Both these recognitions validate the company’s commitment and capacity to adhere to strict quality control and timely delivery of its projects.

Speaking to daijiworld.com, D B Mehta, who is also the president of CREDAI Mangaluru chapter, said "The award signifies our commitment to give utmost priority to quality construction. This ACCE (I) award is for quality construction and not merely for aesthetics, instead focussing on technical innovations in structural engineering. Aristaa Enclave was selected for the award by a technical committee of the ACCE (I) which looks into the aspects of use of civil engineering and environment-friendly concepts used in the building among other things. This award is certification of high quality parameters of our projects."

The factors that helped the company to clinch the award in favour of Aristaa Enclave is its design to resist earthquakes, environment friendly construction technologies used in its construction to enhance the strength of structure apart from other aspects of civil engineering adopted in its construction. What makes Aristaa Enclave distinct and trendsetter is its unique feature of the dual wall concept where not a single wall among its 84 apartments is exposed either to sun or rain. This is an eco-friendly concept as it promotes internal cooling and reduces usage of air conditioners, thereby saving energy. The other eco-friendly facilities provided to the dwellers of Aristaa Enclave include solar water system, energy efficient LED lights for common areas, abundant greenery around the structure, and non-use of heat inducing asbestos sheets. The building is painted in off white hue as it is proved scientifically that white colour helps reduces heat absorption.

Needless to say, the award has resulted in more enquiries about Aristaa Enclave for the remaining handful of unsold units. "Quality over quantity is our goal and our mission. We never compromise on quality aspects because we believe that quality infused with artistic brilliance will add value to the project giving proper Return on Investment to our customers," Mehta stated.

The main purpose of introducing ACCE (I) awards is to encourage all those who are involved in real estate development – namely engineers, architects, owners and contractors for good quality, efficiency eco-friendly construction techniques and innovations.

"Apart from recognising our efforts this award will spur us to come out with novelties in planning and designing our future projects. Eco-friendly construction should be given top priority by all builders. It should be a norm rather than a choice because of its prudent long terms implications," Mehta declared.

Allegro group has always followed a policy of taking up one project at a time so that it can fully concentrate its all its energies and best resources in the project. Their next ambitious ongoing project is "Allegro Aureus" which has also been awarded the Mangalore 5 Star Real Estate Project by CRISIL, the rating agency. The project is coming up in the posh and happening locality of Vaslane, Falnir. It is an ultramodern luxurious apartment complex meant for the uber rich. With this project the concept of luxury living will be redefined in Mangaluru as it is paving the way for boutique apartment culture. It would also offer an opportunity for successful Mangaloreans scattered all over the globe to make a style statement by giving them an opportunity to go for a home to match their success. This is an innovative and first of its kind project that is a perfect fusion of architectural features and fashionable must- haves to set new benchmarks in classy living.

"Allegro Aureus" which means golden can be rightly described as an ode to opulence. It is named so because the project denotes rich and luxurious lifestyle and novel features will be the added attraction. This is the sixth major project of Allegro group and as always the company will be guided by the three fundamentals it has been following all along - namely quality, timely delivery and setting new trends by infusing innovations and excellence. It has also been strictly adhering to business ethics and these fundamentals have been the guiding force for the company in all its endeavours.

With "Allegro Aureus" shaping up beautifully, Allegro Builders and Developers are ready to gift another landmark project to the city of Mangalore.
