Bahrain : KSC celebrates Valentine's day

Bahrain, Feb 16 : The Karnataka Social Club-Bahrain celebrated Valentines Day with a Valentine dinner dance at the Papillon auditorium on Thursday 14 February.The event started with a slow session of dance music putting the members in the right Valentine spirit.A game for adults entitled grabbing the partner kept those participants on their toes as they participated in the game full of vigour and enthusiasm.



























 

A game for the children "magic carpet"ensured that the children had their share of fun.The highlight of the evening was the Jodi No.1 contest as 15 couples took to the stage in true Bollywood style much to the cheers of the audience.The top honours went to the eventual winners Mahesh Prabhu and Sonia Prabhu while close in second place were the runners-up Ashton and Sayona Picardo.Consolation Valentine- themed gifts were awarded to the rest of the participants.

A session of fast-tempoed Bollywood music ensured that those present rocked the floor till the wee hours of the morning.The President Maxim Sequeira thanked all the members for their active participation on this very auspicious occassion.
